1. How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time consists of order processing and shipping transit time.
- Processing time: 1 business day
- Shipping time: 3–4 business days
Delivery estimates do not include weekends, public holidays, customs clearance, or unexpected carrier delays. In some regions, delivery may take longer due to international logistics.
2. What if my order does not arrive?
If your order has not been delivered within 60 days from the shipment date, please contact our support team.
After verification, we will either arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund.
3. What happens if my package is returned?
A shipment may be returned to us for the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- No recipient available during delivery attempts
- Recipient could not be reached by the courier
- Package not collected from the local pickup point within the required timeframe
