1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to shipping carrier limitations or customs restrictions, delivery may not be available to certain destinations.
If shipping to your location is unavailable, this will be clearly indicated during checkout.
2. Shipping Cost
Free shipping is available on all orders.
There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Items marked as "Ships within 24 hours" are in stock and dispatched on the next business day. In rare cases of inventory or fulfillment delays, you will be notified promptly via email.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a summary of your purchase, along with billing and shipping details.
6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
7. Delivery Day
On the day of delivery, the courier may contact you via SMS or email to notify you that your order is on the way.
8. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please follow the courier’s instructions to reschedule.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.
9. Customs & Import Duties
Customs policies vary by country. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
