Returns & Refunds
At Two Thirds, customer satisfaction is important to us. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Items that are worn, damaged, altered, incomplete, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact us first. Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided by email.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If free shipping was applied, the corresponding shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
After-Sale Warranty
We provide a 30-day after-sale warranty from the date of delivery, based on tracking information.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the issue.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Please do not discard the product or its packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
However, a replacement or refund may be offered if the item:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Is incorrect or missing
- Contains a production or configuration error
- Is materially different from what was ordered
Minor variations in color or appearance due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
Refunds
Proof of purchase is required for all refunds. Please do not send returned items to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email within 1 business day regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank for processing updates

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable, unless required by law.
Cancellations and Exchanges
Order cancellations or changes must be requested within 10 hours of placing the order.
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us for assistance.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the tracking number.
Two Thirds is not responsible for returns lost in transit if shipped without tracking.
For items valued over CAD 75, we recommend using a shipping service that includes insurance.
