1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover)
2. Will I need to pay taxes or import duties?
Local customs authorities may apply taxes or import duties depending on your country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Order cancellations or changes must be requested within 10 hours of placing the order. Once processing has begun, modifications may no longer be possible.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Some destinations may be unavailable due to shipping restrictions.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
3. How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time includes processing and shipping:
- Processing time: 1 business day
- Shipping time: 3–4 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to become active.
5. What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, please contact us. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us for approval before sending any items back.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Proof of purchase is required
- Gift cards are non-returnable
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
